This lodge suits me perfectly with cozy beds, a kitchenette, and friendly staff. On my first stay, they helped me with plug adaptors. Enjoy s'mores by the fire pit! I'll be back for Christmas.

The location was stunning and magnificent, really close to menus of Ourays restaurants, a cave and Within walking distance of hot springs, in an extremely comfortable area. Restaurant The Perfectionists' Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The family room was well-appointed, had central heating, an iron, and television:)))

Good location - on the way into town. Our unit was quiet which was in back. Nice owner who showed us to our room.
Need better lighting (not overhead).Need another chair, table and light at table. It would be nice to have some shampoo although we had extra along..

Clean and comfortable rooms.
We experienced several issues . The air conditioning unit was unusually loud and disrupted our sleep all night. The bedside electricity outlets were unreliable. Our phone struggled to charge due to faulty plugs. It was quite frustrating since we expected better from this hotel.

A simple breakdown of my vacays
We enjoyed a nice stay with really good hospitality. The cozy queen room with kitchenette was clean and well-equipped. Evening s'mores by the fire pit were a good touch. Conveniently located near the river and downtown attractions made it easy to explore. I genuinely recommend this charming place!

Very helpful, pleasant, and accomodating owners/staff in a nice location that is close to town.
The thing that surprised me was the lack of air conditioning. Not too bad in a mountain town, but it did make sleeping a bit uncomfortable...even with the fan.

My room included a dining area, a sitting area and ironing facilities. Even though some of the staff were very unhelpful, I had a such great stay. The location was convenient, for example, Kj Wood was not too far from the hotel. The staff were courteous and setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.
